A |     国家医保局日前印发《“医保病理云索引”编码规范》，针对病理数据标准不统一、流通不顺畅等行业痛点，编制全国统一的病理数据索引，为患者每一次病理检查生成全国通用、唯一的专属“身份证”，推动各医疗机构病理数据真正“活起来”“跑起来”“用起来”，破除跨区域、跨机构数据共享壁垒。    Dharmendra is being remembered as one of the most iconic actors of Bollywood. B |          　　然而，传统病理检查依赖实体玻璃切片，即便部分机构完成病理数字化升级，也因数据格式不统一，导致数字切片图像、病理报告等核心数据“困在院内、锁在科室”。患者跨机构就医时，需携带病理切片辗转多地，切片借阅、归还往往要耗时两三周，部分患者甚至需要在就诊医院接受重复活检，影响了就医效率和就诊体验。         　　统一编码 为病理数据赋予唯一标识          　　为彻底打破病理数据共享壁垒，国家医保局搭建全国医保病理云，编制“医保病理云索引”编码规范，为患者每一次病理检查生成全国通用、唯一的专属“身份证”，实现病理数据跨地域、跨机构快速精准调取。

C |          　　多方受益 释放标准化建设价值          　　依托统一医保病理云索引，全国病理数据互联互通，医疗机构可在线调取患者跨机构历次病理检查档案。异地就医群众无需携带实体切片，有效节省就医时间与经济成本。         　　对大型医院而言，可精简诊疗流程、提升诊疗效率；对基层医疗机构来说，可高效对接优质专家资源，依托标准化数字切片和AI辅助诊断减少人为判读误差，提升诊断准确率。
